You did it!!!  We have officially developed the language to discuss some of the human systems ... that was the whole point of section 1.  So now onto the digestive system where we revisit organic molecules (including polymers & monomers), membrane transport as well as enzymes ... lots of enzymes!

- Lab: Enzyme Spit Lab - What is the function of saliva in digestion?  Slightly gross but it's biology... and I love it!
- Read through digestive system notes (handed out in class)
- Label Digestive system diagram in notes
- WSQ for tomorrow: Digestive System: Structures & function (see below) ... no e-assignment
