Welcome back! Hope you all have had a great break. After we answered Carmen's phone call from 2 other students who were supposed to be in class, we completed today's check-in to remind us what enzymes were all about and then worked on a lab in an attempt to give an analogy to how enzymes function and what affects their reaction rates. Lab questions are to be handed in tomorrow (there will be class time to work on them if needed).
